Natural Recipe For Cold and Flu Drink

 HOME MADE RECIPE TO PREVENT COLD AND FLU

Everyone gets  cold sick every single year. Some people get sick more than once a year, so you need the Natural Cold and Flu  Drink.

I thought of sharing this recipe during this winter season to prevent you all from cold, have tested this recipe with myself and my family and its worked magic


I am certain that this recipe will help prevent cold and it is cost friendly . Let get into details on how to make it.

INGREDIENT FOR THE RECIPE

  • 1 inch  or knob of Ginger( grated, minced  or sliced 
  • 2 Garlic gloves
  • 1 ripe Lemon juice 
  • 2 tsp Honey 
  • 1/8 tsp chili peppers
  •  water 
  • 1 tsp of turmeric  powder 
  • 4 bag of green tea base on your preferences 


STEP IN MAKING THE RECIPE

  1. Make tea and set aside and allow it sleep for 3-5min
  2. chop or grate all the rest of the ingredients and pour in a safe cup  or a heat safe jar
  3. Pour hot water or a tea over it, mix it well and let it settle in the hot liquid  for 5- 7min
  4. Use a fine mesh tea strainer and get rid of the leftover  pulp
  5. Drink it twice a day for 2- 3 days for best result
